7+7
The Method
Here’s how the 7+7 Method works: two sevens — the first builds your concept, the second breaks your season.
Each stage comes with a practical tool to show you exactly where you are and whether you’re still on the right path.
Work through them all, and you’ll leave with a deeper understanding of how to write for television — and a project you can actually take out into the world.
The method becomes real in the workshops — here’s how.

Who is 7+7 method for?
Students at Film Schools
The 7+7 Method provides students with practical tools and a shared vocabulary, so they leave with a clearer sense of what the industry is really asking for.
For Writers from Other Backgrounds
If you’ve worked in film, theatre, or prose, TV can feel like a different planet. The 7+7 Method translates your existing skills into serial storytelling — without losing your voice.
For Industry Professionals
Producers, execs, and story editors use 7+7 to give sharper notes, avoid vague “I like/don’t like” feedback, and diagnose problems before a show gets lost in development hell.

Character Workshop
Focused on Building a Series-Worthy Protagonist
The 7+7 Method, applied to the craft that decides whether a show survives: a protagonist built for longform storytelling.
We look at the principles behind a strong TV character — relatability, duality, the wound, and the way supporting roles echo or oppose the lead.
The goal is to shape characters who don’t just work in a pilot, but generate choices and conflict across a whole season and beyond.

Too many TV projects get stuck between idea and execution. You know there’s something there, but can’t see why it won’t move forward.
The 7+7 Method fixes that. It’s a focused toolbox that takes you from a promising idea to a season that works.
Made for writers and professionals who already know story — and want the tools to create shows strong enough to last, sharp enough to matter, addictive enough to keep audiences coming back.
